Tom Alsberg's links page
Probably the least boring part of my homepage
right now, is... er.. surprise... the links page... here you can
get to other pages, worth your visit more than this one.
- Civil
Liberties in Congress - a site about issues with the
U.S. Congress. From the ACLU
— American Civil Liberties Union Freedom
Network
- Peacefire —
Open Access for the Net Generation – a web site against
censorship of the web and materials on the net –
mainly by and for teens teens who would rather not be
"protected", thanks. (I was never technically
blocked from any material by my parents/school(s) —
not on television, or anything on the net… Yet I am
annoyed every so often to learn how others I know do those
things. Parents need some education about why this is not
the right way of education.)
- Hayz.ca's Cryptanalysis
Challenges — Some nice questions for the
cryptographic-ally challenged. I (Zoopee) tried my
luck a few times there
- You really ought to see Everything2
—
it really is different than all the rest. Quite good
too.
- CPAN — the
Comprehensive Perl Archive Network
- CTAN — the
Comprehensive TeX/LaTeX Archive Network
- PlanetMath —
a math lexicon, documentation, and ideas web site. A young
promising-looking successor for MathWorld (which
isn't dead, by the way)
